An American continuous cast high leaded tin bronze CuSn5Pb20.With the extremely high lead the alloy has embeddability and has excellent anti-seizer properties when there is an interruption or breakdown of lubrication. The alloy can also tolerate the ingress of dirt and foreign bodies which would normally damage a shaft. This specification can also be manufactured to alternative requirements, SAE 94, QQ-C-390B, Mil-B-16261 grade x , AS 1565 C94100, DIN 1716 2.1188.01, GB 1176 ZCuPb20Sn5-La, NF A53-707 CuPb20Sn5 Y70, BS 1400 LB5, NS 16544-02 and EN 1982-2008 GC CC497K.
