ASTM C91000
An American continuous cast high strength tin bronze CuSn15. With the high tin content the alloy has low elongation, shock and impact resistance. Suitable for highly stressed sliding plates and sliding blocks, sliding bearing shells of thick-walled design for
p max. = 8,000 N / cm 2. The alloy can also be supplied to alternative specifications QQ-C-390 D2, QQ-B-1005 Comp 9, Mil-B-16262 Grade 111 and AFNOR A 53-707.
