Equivalent Specifications
ASTM B505 C95900
Key Features
A high Aluminium Nickel Aluminium Bronze that can be heat treated to produce tensile properties in excess of 830N/mm² with high hardness. Good corrosion resistance.
Typical Uses
Can be used for slow moving heavy duty structural and mechanical parts, including gears, worm drives, valve guides and seats.
Will not tolerate poor lubrication, poor misalignment or dirty lubrication.
In general should be used against hardened steel shafts, both with a fine finish.
