Key Features
A complex Aluminium Bronze with small additions of nickel and iron.
The alloy has high mechanical properties while maintaining good ductility and toughness. Can also be manufactured with low magnetic permeability.
Typical Uses
Marine: Marine Defence applications requiring low magnetic permeability, valve blocks and valve stems and fittings.

DIN 17665 W Nr 2.0971
A German complex Nickel Aluminium Bronze CuAl9Ni3Fe2 (CuAl9Ni2). A medium strength aluminium bronze with high ductility, which is normally supplied in plate form for condenser end plates and other water cooling systems. It has good corrosion resistance in sea water and is easily welded. The alloy can also be supplied to EN 12165/1653/12420 CW304G and NF A51-116, NF A51-113.
