EN 12420 CW105C

A European copper alloy forging standard for CuCr1 CW105C which is a high copper alloy containing a small amount of chromium. The addition of chromium strengthens by a precipitation hardening mechanism and is used when greater tensile strength and hardness is required whilst still retaining a high level of electrical and heat conductivity. The alloy also meets several additional world specifications EN 12167/12165 CW105C, MIL-C-19311, RMMA Class 11, BS 2872/2874 CC101, DIN 17666 W Nr 2.1291 and GOST 18175 BrH1.
