EN 12420 CW302G

A European copper alloy forging standard for Silicon Aluminium BronzeCuAl7Si2 CW302G. This alloy has lower magnetic permeability then CW301G as it is iron free. It has moderate strength, is free machining, good corrosion resistance in sea water and does not suffer stress corrosion cracking. The alloy can be specified to EN 12163/12165and EN 12167 CW302G, ASTM B 283/124/150/171 C64200, AMS 4631/4634, QQC-465B Amd 1, ASME SB 150, SAE J 461/463, AS 2738-2, AS/NZ 1567 and AS 1568.
