QQ-C-465B C63200
A high strength nickel aluminum bronze CuAl9Ni4Fe4Mn2 which is manufactured in the quench hardened and temper annealed condition to enhance the corrosion resistance in sea water and can be supplied to the Federal Specification QQ-C-465B C63200. ASTM B 150 C63200, ASTM B 283 C63200, ASTM B 124 C63200, and MIL-B-24059. QQ-C-465B is widely used in marine defence/navy applications where reliable and predictive rates of fracture and corrosion are required. If the corrosion rate for this alloy is too great, try one of the range of high strength cupro nickel alloys such as DIN 2.1504.
