An American continuous cast nickel aluminum bronze CuAl11Fe4Ni4 (9D).Alloy C95500 has Nickel up to 5.5% which greatly enhances the mechanical strength, wear and corrosion resistance. This alloy can also be heat treated to promote greater strength and hardness (C95500HT) which makes this alloy the highest strength within ASTM B505.The alloy can also be manufactured to SAE 68B, SAE J461/J462, QQ-C-390B G3, Mil-C-15345-14, Mil-B-16033-4, BS1400 AB2, EN 1982-2008 CC333G, DIN 1714 W Nr 2.0975.04, JIS H 5121 CAC 703C Class 3, GB 1176 ZCuAl9Fe4Ni4Mn2, NF A53-709 CuAl10Fe5Ni5 and GOST 493 BrAl10Z4N4L-K.
