Copper Alloys Ltd works closely with CERN to develop customised production techniques to meet their ever more demanding technical requirements. A recent project required the production of large copper forgings with extremely fine grain size and high electrical conductivity as part of a new set of superconductors.



Working with world class bearing makers, we have created an advanced engine bearing material that out-performs anything else available. Its combination of strength, wear resistance and thermal conductivity means that the reliability and longevity of the engines is improved, which is vital in competitive racing.

Copper Alloys Ltd has extensive experience in working in the power generation sector, specifically manufacturing finished components, forgings and castings for the following segments:
